We regret to
announce the 'CALL TO GLORY' of one of our
company's founders and directors, Mrs. Josephine Y.
Adebeshin - a.k.a. JYA (1916 - 2008), the matriarch of the family.
She was a trained nurse who spent practically her entire working life as a nurse
and later, as a Home Superintendent of nurses, at the famous Sacred Heart
Catholic Hospital, Lantoro, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. A committed
philanthropist, JYA dedicated her life to helping people in need, and in her
later years, needy children, through African Dream Foundation (ADF 90), an NGO
set up by the family for the qualitative education and positive development of
the African child. JYA passed on to the Great Beyond on Monday evening, December
15, 2008 (10 days before what promised to be a smashing Christmas celebration!).
She was aged... just 92 years! JYA was more than a mother to us... she was
indeed our best friend! May her soul rest in perfect peace, Amen.
'Mama, we love you...
but Jesus Christ loves you more! Goodnight, Mama... Goodnight... Goodnight'
